I know it's a bit early, but I've got a short week :D

Friday - I'm playing the Dale Hill Old course - a bit of sneaky practice before a society day there at the beginning of September
Monday - London club, I think the International course. Played it a couple of times before.
Tuesday - another round local to me, should be a fun day

Looking hot hot hot too, cant wait!

Anyone else packing it in?

Full Calendar for me :D

Friday: Charity Texas Scramble at Bonnyton golf club
Saturday: A singles Final
Sunday: A better ball doubles final

usually go and play Moray Old with a couple of mates, but can't this year due to injury:(

Nice course, that 18th is a cracker for a finishing hole. Always loved playing up in that neck of the woods.

Got a game at Gullane on Sunday with three of my old golfing buddies. Should be a good day out.

No, is the answer. For some reason the club have scheduled the 2nd mens invitation for BH Sunday, so that's that day screwed up:rolleyes: Will possibly go out for nine after their Saturday comp although seeing as the last group are out at 15.56 I may not bother. Don't get me started on the fact that there are currently 19 tee times for the Saturday reserved for the men that are not being used!

Weather permitting I will go out with HID on Friday afternoon and Monday though.

Seen this a few times on the forum, what is HID

In my case it's Him Indoors

Is it a gents comp or are ladies not able to play on a Saturday.

A mens comp so we can't play until afterwards. The men complained there weren't enough tee times. Guess what. They've got extra times now until around 4.00pm and aren't using blocks of them!

Use them or lose them, that's what they should be told ;)

Not at our place. Ladies have the tee booked from 5 to 6 on a Tuesday (also have 2 hours in the morning) no ladies play.. ever and if some do its only a couple at most.

quite a few guys were starting to head out just before 5, so what was the ladies reaction????

to ask for the tee to be booked from 4.30, so no one can nip out before them:rofl:

so now have an hour and half blocked

I must belong to an enlightened Club, Ladies can play at any time as can Gents unless the tee is reserved for a competition.it makes life so much simpler :)

The ladies at ours can play when they like as well, no restrictions except when there is a mens silver trophy on a sat morning and there are only about 8 of those in the whole year, but they can play after. Yet still have times blocked off every week, they even get exclusive use of the 9 hole one night a week as well.

We can at ours unless it's reserved for competitions. Ladies comps are on a Thursday and mens are on a Saturday with an occasional Sunday thrown in.
