Mine never changes, 3 dots next to the numbers and sometimes with a line drawn on it for alignment. How do you do yours?

Missing on several courses up and down the country so if you find a ball with my "signature" on it let me know:D

Post your pics and if I (we) come across it we'll let you know:D:D

HA sorry couldn't resist , cant post pics as im useless , blue or black dot to the high right of the ball number , like the top one in your triangle of dots

Two black dots left of the manufacturers name unless its a big comp or forum meet when I get out the Pro V's the wife got with Homer stamped on them. Anyone finding any at the H4H day can you return to the rightful owner please

Two orange dots, but if I'm bored and have time to kill, this...

Single magenta dimple fill above and left of the brand logo, usually Titleist Provs or Srixon Zstars.

I have one of those stencils in the shape of a bomb.

I was playing the other day with my old man, he found my ball in the rough and said here's yours marked with a big black dot.
I said "no dad, it's a bomb"
On the next tee, whack it, shout "kaboom!"

"See...?"

Luckily it went 301 yards. Boom de la boom.
:fore: :whoo:
'Ave it.

To the OP, saw a few identically-marked ones to that at Bondhay today which I presume aren't yours. I'm too all-over-the-place to bother marking a ball which is likely to drop in water/rough/road/gardens.

I draw a circle around the numbers. Can't take a pic, as I'm at work, and it's self-explanatory.

Recently took delivery of 4 dozen personalised ProVs - courtesy of the good deal from Snainton Golf - all with my name on them.

Took one out for the start of the captain's drive in competition - one hit, landed just off the right edge of the fairway, and never to be found. Very annoying as it it should have been in a "walk up to it and hit it" spot Got back to locker room at end of round to be greeted with a "Just found one of your balls. I'm not giving it back - it's in really good nick..."

Otherwise its 4 red dots on one side and four more on opposite side.

Thats the ball I hooked on friday off the 6th tee, I know it went a bit astray but leighton Buzzard. Must try harder

When Titleist do their deal I get my daughters name put onto them, KATY LOUISE. Makes a better alignment aid than the Titleist or Pro V1 logo.

so, once you have lost a ball on your home course what do you do with all those identically marked balls?

all a little counter productive to my mind

I use the markings already on the balls I find - I have exactly the same situation but better odds (on my home course) because the ball could have been lost by a visitor (and yes he could have lost more than one!).

also happy to use balls without any added markings - they really stand out nowadays!
