Ball hits bag.....

Unusual situation yesterday. In our 3 ball one guy fats one out of the rough and it hits my other playing partner on his arm and his bag (he's carrying his bag).

What's the penalty if there is any?!?

No penalty. Penalty only applies if you hit your own equipment (or self).

I questioned myself on this after hitting Chirs's trolley a two hot penalty would of just rubbed salt in the wound!
