As some of you will remember one of my GSP's was diagnosed with Cancer back in Feb and was given 2 months to live max.

We he is still going strong, there was a little period when he was struggling and was knackered after a walk and was just not himself.

We he's perked right up and has began catching Rabbits again, scoffed a couple down as well.

The Vet originally offered Chemo which would have given him an extra few months, though would have made him suffer while undertaking it.IMG_0392.jpg

Good to hear.
We lost our Lab in the spring, miss him hovering up the dropped food on the kitchen floor.
The two second rule did not apply in our house.

Sorry to hear that, with Baldrick, he's trying to hoover it while its still on your plate.

you can't turn you back for even a second with him and food.

I was at my daughters at the weekend and she told me her cat took a chicken breast off the frying pan when her back was turned.:o

Came down to breakfast one morning to find a decapitated wee bunny in the hall with said pussy tucking into its innards, quite put me off my toast.

Baldrick has eaten 2 baby rabbits this week, the first one it was almost swallowed hole, the 2nd 10 mins later i managed to grab hold off while he was chewing its head. The thing ended up in half. i chucked it in some bushes, but he found it on the way back and finished it off. i wouldn't mind but he'd only just had his dinner.

Great news! Gorgeous dog.

Couldn't imagine life without our Springer - now she's 10 months old and (relatively well) trained, she's an absolute joy.
