Guys looking for a bit of advice

have a Stewart Z3 trolley with the past few months. Love the trolley, was a great purchase as it can take any bag. I've been using a Sun Mountain 3.5 stand bag on it.

Considering getting a trolley bag for the season ahead, would like a few extra storage pockets. The only issue is I've recently put a Super Stroke grip on my putter so will need a bag that the grip will fit into. Obviously it's not an issue with the stand bag as it's 4 way divided;dividers are very large so easy to get clubs in and out

most trolley bags bags seem to be 14 way divided so would need something with wide enough dividers or else something with a dedicated putter slot. Something 6/7 way divided would be ideal but not many seem to be divided this way. Don't want to go down the road of a tour bag as would find it too big & bulky I think

will probably go into a couple shops at weekend and take putter with me , try out a few bags

in meantime I'm open to any advice/suggestions?

I've some bolt cutters you could borrow  In other words take out one divider in a 14 way bag , would mean you'd have to double up a couple of clubs !
I've a G Rip big grip and haven't got a problem but that was going to be my solution .

I was looking for a 6 way divided trolley bag last year, think there was one Cobra bag and that was it. Everything seems 14 way.

When I had a super stroke grip the only bag I found that was any good was the nike performance cart bag (and the M9 2 I think) but it had 14 way dividers and a very generous putter tube

You need a Tour Bag...

Fragger has a Cricket Bat handle on his putter and it goes in his awesome Orka Tour Bag no problem.
Not as good as proper Cart/Trolley bags and if you can find one with 6 dividers hat'sthe way to go.

Currently using the z3 with Ogio Syncro and it takes my super stroke grip fine, has a dedicated putted well at the rear of the bag and sits snug as a bug in a rug,

Only downside is the brolly holder on the bag is on the underside, so if you need the brolly mid round, you will need to release the top strap on the bag so you can remove it,

I find that most tour bags need to be turned on their side to access many of the back pockets so nullifies the desire for extra storage whereas most cart bags these days are designed to fit on with access all areas. The issue is most have external putter wells or individual slots. Just looked online and not a lot of options

Had a look in shops over weekend. Pretty disapointed as didn't really see anything that suited. All seem to be 14 way as previously stated, no 6/7 way divided.

Thinking a new stand bag with decent dividers may be the way to go after all

My Mizuno Rider II cart has a few dividers big enough for my flatso mid, and if I'm very careful it will fit in the putter well. Which size grip do you have?

The Sun Mountain C130 has a very large putter well that will accommodate an oversize grip

The only issue is that the bag is designed for a cart. it sits well on a push trolly and all pockets are accessible however the clubs do not sit at the right angle once the bag is tilted and want to lean backwards which means you have to arrange the clubs in an unconventional arrangement.
