So I have just discovered my bag is rubbing very slightly one of my graphite shafts. Its a good bag, but looks like I will need to "adjust" it a little.
What would you do, replace or repair?

Preventative measure. Wrap some electrical tape around where the bag is running...wrap it nice and tight

Tape them to protect them unless they are getting a bit wobbly. My friend eventually broke his driver shaft as he kept resting his arm on the top of his driver!!
I have lent him my sons driver at present and have to keep telling him to take his arm away!!

Oh heck no, sorry I should have been clearer......repair or replace the bag. The shaft will be replaced witht eh club at some point in the furture, but it's whether to repair or replace the bag to stoop (hopefully) any further rubbing on this or any club in that slot.

New bag! Rule 73 of the gear buying criteria; any signs of damage to or from golf equipment and the offending item must be replaced immediately. Failure to do so may lead to a visit from the Elves and Safety executive.

You have been warned!

Why replace the bag?! All bags will cause graphite to rub in some way. Just do your best to prevent it with some electrical tape!
