Quick question. In a "normal" non-stack and tilt swing, how much weight goes on to your right side as you turn back. Are we talking 40 - 60 or 20 - 80 ?

I know its different for everybody and do whatever works etc but just wondered if its supposed to be a big or little shift?

until my right thigh cant turn any more due to all the tension on it. The inside of my right thigh and the inside of my right foot get tensed so that's a sign for me that iv loaded a lot power to be released, i'm guessing 70/30.
