Avoid sports hq

Bought a few things from them including a 3 pack of hats a month ago. A couple of issues with 2 of the hats and fired off an email. Have since sent 2 further emails. I haven't received a reply from them yet after 3 weeks.

Has anyone got a contact for them?

Ordered a lot from them, but not recently. Only ever had 1 reason to contact them and that was resoled very quickly.

They have a Phone - and a Chat Line.

I'd suggest you get onto the Chat Line!

Ive used them several times and never had any problems. The only issue I do have with them is when they have good offers on they are only ever availavle in sizes for very short fat people........

I live about 15 minute drive from Sports HQ main depot. They always seem pleasant enough to deal with when I have purchased items from their depot directly. They sell literally a bit of everything from golf clubs, cricket gear and I'm sure I've seen BBQ's being shifted out of there.

I know a few people that have dealt with them and they have never had a problem with Sports HQ.
