Picked up some great books from the forum so thought I would recommend this app from amazon for anyone in the market for books before your holiday.
The concept is pretty straight forward, pretty much like having a kindle but its an audio book. You download an app to your iphone/device and someone reads it out to you. I connect my iphone to the handsfree kit in my car and then listen to the book on my way to and from work.
Have to say, its very good and it means I can start getting through books again daily. I used to read every day when working in london and commuting on the trains etc. So this is a nice alternative for the drivers.
The benefit of audible - financially is it is subscription based. So for £7.99 a month you get 1 credit which entitles you to any book. For example - Dan Brown's inferno is 19.99 if you have no credits, but you can get it for 1 credit. So if you getting through 1 book per month its a good deal.
Definetely takes some of the stress out of driving and I think they even have a free trial of 1 month.....will check
