Well after many months of trying I've finally got my cut.
I'd been steadily rising from 15.4 to 16.5 last week. The last 5 weeks included; one n\r, two scores in the mid 90's and two the wrong side of 100.
But yesterday things must just have clicked. I didn't feel like I was doing anything different, but perhaps subconsciously I was just relaxing a touch through the swing. I've had my driver shortened to 44inches and was hitting it out the middle every time.
Chipping and putting were steady without being spectacular which resulted in a gross 84 (net 67).
Good enough for a 3rd place and a 0.9 cut. Even managed to top it off with a 2 on the last hole. I sense a visit to the club shop next week!
