Whats everyone hoping to achieve this weekend?

I'm happy to settle for a buffer in the Monthly Medal tomorrow - maybe get a 2 and get some sweep.

Got an interclub match on Sunday so will look to a win in my fourball match to spur on the team (1st match out).

All else fails, just hope it stays dry....

Im hoping to better my last 2 outings and reduce my handicap again, final;ly dont to 5 so a solid performance would be nice. Think it all reveolves around the start as I havent had a good one last two times and had great back nines, so hopefully i can get that right and post a really good score.

Oh and i agree, it better stay dry

Picking up holiday tickets for Mexico tomorrow. Got the clubs booked on the flight and playing two rounds while out there...can't wait.

I really should know this but have never found out.

What format is AM/AM days? I see a few of them advertised on golf central but never any details as to what they are about.

So much for it staying dry but I just scraped a buffer, also got a 2 so at least get a wee boost to my mars bar fund!

I have about £5 in the mars bar fund at my pro shop. T'other week I had no cash on me and suggested they take money from my 'slush fund' to pay the £1 sweep. The looks I got from the Pro would've burned holes in you. Did I do something wrong -it is my cash isn't it?

That surely involves them doing some admin work - can't be expecting that from them can you

Even better, drop the 10 pences in one at a time counting up to a pound, that makes them cringe something!!
