Are these too good to be true?

As above, No attempt to explain why there is no logo.

Why wouldnt there be??? Even the X-outs have logo's.

Wouldnt waste my money on a punt to be fair.

Good luck if you do. 1 thing is, the seller has 100% feebback.

Check how they have gained their feedback.

There are plenty of scammers who have built up piles of feedback by purchasing ebooks for 1p and do it that way.

This guy has 100% feedback but not on any quantity of transactions. Also he is not registered as a business seller so you have no rights under the distance-selling laws which are there to protect consumers. Also because of this non-business registration he is under no obligation through ebay to offer a return/refund policy which business sellers are.

Dont forget in the event that they are snide, the claim process is long and seeing that they are unbranded, proving the lack of authenticity would not be a simple process necessarily.

Also there are dodgy sellers who sell counterfeit goods, a mate of mine bought a 100% genuine tiffany bracelet which turned out to be snide. The seller said they would refund him but only if he left + feedback first. This does go on.

If you want budget pro V's buy the 2 dozen pro-V pick-ups at JJB, I bought some for practice and out of 24, 18 were A1 quality and went in the bag.

When it says 'No Logo'.......does this mean no Titleist markings or does it mean that it has no additional club/names printed on the ball itself. i'd be tempted to ask the seller this question.

Medway, that point you made about sellers demanding positive feedback, really gets my goat up.

I think ebay should re-design the process so that the seller has to leave feedback on the buyers side as soon as payment is made. Only once the feedback has been left buy the seller, should the option become available for the buyer to leave feedback.

The buyer must pay first so its only fair that the seller gives his feedback first.

I have been caught out in a situation where I had not received goods so had refrained from leaving feedback. I didnt leave any negative after a couple of ignored messages. The seller made a point on his page of saying he would only leave feedback after he had received his. This is obviously a way of saying, you give me bad, I will give you bad, regardless.

What is the point in a system like this?

The other thing that is a shower of [****] on ebay is that it is now IMPOSSIBLE for a seller to leave neg/neutral for a buyer.

This was done according to ebay, to prevent the feedback blackmail thing I mentioned.

I used to be a powerseller but because of this I minimised my ebay selling as did a lot of other powersellers.

Basically because of the new system I had tossers bidding on cars to a price, then turning up with say £500 less than they had bid. I had people bidding then never making contact and numerous other problems and because of the crap new system I couldnt leave neg feedback whereas they could in theory, leave me negative out of spite to cock up my 100% rating.

Its all bollocks.

They are DEFINATELY counterfeit.

Had a look at the packaging and zoomed in on the pics and the packaging is definately not right.

The shiny thing on the boxes isnt shiny as it is on genuine and the boxes are not the glossy plasticy cardboard with originals.

Avoid like the plague.

I have said many time on here that I won't buy any golfing goods on e-bay simply because I am concerned about fakes. I know there are hundreds of genuine bargains and reputable sellers but for the time and effort to try and make sure I was completely happy I could have gone to one of the regular golf retailers online and bought a genuine product.

Most online stores are offering discounts at the moment on purchasing top quality balls in more quantities of more than one dozen. Not for me and I have to say if everyone else on here says snide then I would listen to the majority and leave well alone.

I sold a Topflite Tour Bag on e-bay about 3 months ago. Made sure everyone knew that it was collect only - no postage.

Some guy paid £20 for it, left great feedback and guess what?

Its still sitting in the garage!!!!!

Stupid thing is I keep sending him reminder e-mails.

Going to stop now. If he doesn't get it then he's a total plonker.

hey - call you soon about the lessons.
Cheers
