..if they are they are looking very very nice and I think they will take some of Titleists 'share' this year due to the 716's receiving very mixed reviews (and Speith of course switching then dumping them)

I was going to get either the Apex or Apex pro but will be waiting on these. Before anyone says the current model will be cheaper, in my experience they do but only marginally at retail. I would rather pay the 'extra' for the latest and hopefully improved irons, even in looks.

The Apex is certainly looking very nice, well they both are actually. Callaway are really upping their game the last 3 years in my view.

I used to have callaway irons and loved them, but these look awful

I love my Apex forged. Part of me wishes I had opted for the pro version but , in all honesty, there was nothing between them, and, it would have been vanity over forgiveness.

I really couldn't tell you what Callaway's current range is, certainly drivers are overloaded with various Bertha's and XR versions. I love choice but with so many launches throughout the year it's tough to follow. Seems that the strategy has worked in the short term though (which is strange as TM has started lengthening their releases)

Anyway I agree they look very shiny (maybe just the pics), will be interesting to see some comparison and specs, but I doubt I'll be changing any time soon.

looks like its just me and the majority of golfwrx that like the look of these a lot.

The current Apex is ok but these are a great improvement.

whats wrong with shiny? isnt that what Mizuno/Titleist irons are.

Not sure they are anything too different from the previous incarnation and my pro who uses Callaway was a long way from impressed. I want to hit them, but there again I enjoy hitting any new offering if I can.

the current apex pro is a great iron & that's saying something since for me they replaced some miz blades.
big take up on both the PGA & LPGA tour of the apex pro's ......

gotta say though from the pic of this new version it kinda looks like a completely different club, different dna to the back for sure
from the pic it sure doesn't look like a refinement of the current apex pro but more a radical change - as if it should maybes be given a different name altogether

have to see what it looks like in the flesh & how it goes on strike

reminds me a good deal of the look of the new TM psi tour version
