Its not as bad as the title suggests!!

The front cover which is split in two and folds open is REALLY annoying, anyone else found this? Just wondering if MikeH could move the advert inside the mag rather than divide the cover; use up some travel pages?

Read MikeH's post and you will see why it's there.

Yes, it's ugly.
No, no-one likes it.
No, they can't afford not to.
Yes, we should all grow up a bit and realise it's only the bloomin' cover for crying out loud and doesn't alter the content one little bit.

:)

I may have jumped the gun, it's just the first thing I saw when it came through the post, maybe I should do my research first :D

Guys, it is a magazine. Read it and bung it, and if that involves tearing off the covers, so tear them off. Why store it? It is like a news paper, todays news, tomorrows chip wrapper.

I treat paperback books the same.

You see I never throw away an old paperback, you never know when you'll want to read it again.Or in the case of a reference book, need to refer to something within. Golf Mags are like that, they are reference guides.

I keep all the guitar & bass mags I've ever bought. Never know when I'll need to study a piece of tab in it or some similar thing I remember, but forgotten the details of. Same goes for lessons in any magazine.

I went through a really organised (or is that sad) stage and cut all the interesting articles (tips/lessons, equipment reviews, course reviews etc) and filed them in a box and then got rid of the magazine. I'm no longer so organised and tend to take my old copies to my local range for their coffee table.
