It would seem I am seriously lacking in golf related apps for my I phone according to several golfing pals. I've V1 software, GRIP, 6060 golf, the R&A rules, Tour Tempo, the European Tour app and the Pre-shot golfer app. Are there any other must have apps out there. I have tried loading the Mark Crossfield one (having paid) but there are issues with it loading at present.

Are there any other must have apps you can't live without aside from golf?

The Golf Channel app is pretty decent Homer

Puttronome, golfsense, iPing, swing plane, Aimpoint, body golf fitness, golf Matrix, to name a few

The only 2 golf apps I use are GolfShot for scoring/GPS for social games and SwingSense for recording my swing (rarely)

I use a very good but simple app called golf club length. You just tell it whats in your bag and which club your using for the shot and it measures your distance using gps and so you build up a good average of how far you hit each club. I'm hoping they update it to add a 'forum length button';).

Edit: Sorry just realised you put iphone in the title, I have an Android but I'm sure there is something similar in the app store.

It'd have to be a flippin big button!

I made an app called 'The Golf Score Tracker'

it's a simple utility app that allows you to keep records of your rounds of golf, which then gives you stats about average overall score, average score last 3 & 5 rounds (form guide) your best score and your eclectic score.

there's no GPS or club legth stuff, but if you like stats it's pretty good

I originally made it for my own use but got asked to share it.

I'll make it available to download for free later today if anyone wants to have a try
