Once had no problem with them, think they might be a golf specific arm of sports direct?

Yes, bought a pair of shoes from them that were listed in stock on the website, but weren't in stock at all. Took them 10 days to tell me and another 10 to refund. They did give me some instore credit which I spent on a couple of tops, which came pretty quickly so they salvaged a wee bit of trust back.

Would certainly phone them to confirm stock before ordering anything in future though.

Never bought on line but they have a few shops in the midlands and have been to the Nottingham and Leicester stores and they are knowledgeable and offer good service. They are part of sports direct.
