I was wondering if anyone knows of a good wrist brace for golf or how to make one.. I know the medical ones are too cumbersome for golf grip, and im looking for a fair amount of support and reduce my wrists swaying about.

I know sklz do a glove with a support in it but i would prefer to have an actual brace.

I used one after breaking my wrist a few year back. Can't remember what brand it was but I purchased it from AG.
Should be plenty available online if you google it.

I played last week with a cheap one from boots, was ok. didnt affect my grip etc (right hand btw) was nice and thin neoprene type material.

Im really looking for something with a lot of stability. Do they hold your wrists quite firmly or is it flexible?

No its more for stability so i can take wristy motions out esp in my putting stroke. I have had an injury previously but its pretty much fine now. Never a bad thing to be cautious with it though.

£24 quid isnt too bad actually they look like a very exact fit.

Totally illegal to wear it in comps and so I'd have to question how you'd cope going from playing to not having it. Surely better to strengthen the wrist or better still find out what causes the wrist movement and have a lesson and stop the problem at source
