Don't be fooled into buying training aids, a lot of people are and will just use them for a short period find they don't work and then they end up in the garage.
These pros are being paid to promote this stuff. find something where a pro has put their own money into it.

Ive got one and still use it, although my focus is on the short game at the moment.
I think its good. Very difficult to hit from a hard mat or bare lie. Certainly encourges the correct hit position.
