I had a try out with a few different types when in buying my daughter new shoes today, the first thing that struck me was christ on a bike just how heavy they actually are!(Duh me!)They have a lot of weight on the head but the shaft is also weighted a helluva lot too. 900g in total.

I believe they will definately help a lot of people, so much so that I really fancy having a demo with one at some point.
Anyone else been blown away with just how solid and weighty they feel?

Not seen them anywhere. I would be reluctant personally as I like to feel the ball especially on short ones and would be concerned that the weight of the head would dictacte the shot and lead to technique issues.

I'm not saying that is the case and having not tried one I may be wide of the mark but it is my intial reaction. Where did you see them?

A guy in my swindle has one and he putts really well with it. I tried it but you had to hit the ball really hard,it felt ok amd IMHO would be good if you were a bit "yippy".

They claim that having a heavier putter with a higher centre of gravity up the shaft means your pendulum motion will remove more of the wristy action when trying to hit putts instead of stroking them. I think there would be a lot of relearning to putting involved but might just be worth it.

I've never heard of them until now, and to be fair the concept sounds good and they probably do work, but not one for me I don't think. I just don't think I would get on with them at all, I can see them being a bit like marmite in the sense that you would love it or hate it. How much do they retail for?
