Here's the thread:

The friend I mentioned is an almost compulsive traveller, has been prettymuch everywhere as a civi. and formerly in the services. He's not easily impressed but would go there again (I assure you- that's praise indeed).

Even if you don't find golfing nirvana your almost certain to have a great holiday.

Perhaps you would come on and tell us how you got on afterwards?

Jon, marriage in Nov, honeymoon in June, what's going on? it's meant to follow on from the wedding mate, not have a 6 month gap! Some marriages don't last that long! Obviously yours will, but why the wait?

Basically Chris, we want to take liv with us. To get a decent temperature for us would be a 10 hour flight this time of year which would be unbearable with a toddler who cant sit still for 5mins.

Hence the decision to delay until next june, get a 4hr flight and hopefully she will be more compliant!

Makes sense, but lacks romance. Mind you, I honeymooned in Yorkshire, so what do I know!
Mind you, it was 19 years ago, and money was tight.

The course I know of which is near to Caleta De Fuste (apologies for poor spelling) is pretty good.

You'll need to practice hitting the ball low mind you as it's always very windy there, very very windy indeed.

DHM.
