first stableford of the year tomorrow. TBH I don't enjoy playing on wet ground and it can;'t be anything but wet as it has rained solidly every day this week and was wet last weekend!

Our course is down to 12 holes. At least we get a game though. All be it a short one. Played 18 today at a short muni in sutton park. The bunkers looked to be in great shape. Luckily I didn't find any to test them out though. Got a game booked for Sunday too which is a rarity for me. Normally out on the bike or round the old dears.
Have a good game people :D

Winter stableford booked for Sunday. Huge amount of rain last night but I understand course is still open.

We have a trolley ban in place, so time to put a half set in my carry bag and hopefully get out for some exercise. Course has held up to rain well so far this winter, compared to some. Hoping we can have a dry couple of days( Guess I am becoming an optimist!!!)

PLayed in a fun-filled Las Vegas Scramble today in perfect, if a bit windy, weather and course conditions. Playing in the Winter Bogey on Sunday morning.

Range tomorrow and then, if the course is open, Winter League on Sunday.

Played 10, 4 still to play and we're in third place, top three go through to knockout.

Am.Am for us tomorrow. Two of our group are sick but the Pro will propably be able to get us another pair to join us,nice to play with new faces.
We are only playing 16 holes at the moment in comps, due to the lack of daylight, not the weather .
We are a very competition minded club and it gets everyone round in the light.
Dewsweeper

Had to pop to the club today, was sad to see two nines closed, and one with lots of standing water, I'm pleased to say tomorrow will be a constructive range session for a few hours, no muddy golf

Nope still yet to find a new home for my golf, wll that and the fact I still haven't picked up a club in 5(ish) months!

Saturday no doubt doing all the jobs HID wants done, SUnday morning i'm off with the Maidstone Pumas BAFL team for a training session

Monthly stableford today, forecast is rain and wind gusting to 40mph.

25 points might be a good target :D

4BBB this morning on the 11 holes that are open. Lots of water on the course where there isn't usually water, but played them yesterday and not too bad. Swindle tomorrow on the same 11 holes. The grounds staff are doing a great job at getting us some sort of a course to play and hopefully the trolley ban will minimise damage - looked to be holding up yesterday.
