I'm starting to put the feelers out towards my new 40th birthday putter later this year. 
If I'm going to spend £400-500 on something I probably want to make sure it's fitted rather than taking a gamble on something.
Verulam isn't too far from me, and it appears they fit LABs as well as Odyssey & TaylorMade, so that encapsulates the main three I'm interested in. On their website it says it's £75 for a 90-minute fitting (albeit that's "2025 prices" still). Has anyone been there and sampled this and can report that they had a good fitting or not? I've played there once a couple of years back but I don't recall seeing the pro shop or being able to judge it really.
