Played at Nizels in Kent yesterday. My last chance for a "warm up" round prior to the Trilby Tour event next Monday.

15 points with 11 blobs

I played the other 7 holes quite well though
:D :D :D :D :D :D

I would say form is temporary, class is permanent but in this case I'm not so sure......

Good shootin' Tex.

Aim for a point a hole next time

What happened smiffy? did you not bother taking each club out of the bag for every shot? :D
Sure pings make better walking sticks anyway.

Nizels is my home track, I have to say its playing quite tough at moment. They had the Sir Henry Cooper junior masters there a few weeks back meaning the rough was left to grow very deep. Any slightly offline shots and you can say goodbye to ball. Lost 5 nice new ones last weekend.

The way I played yesterday, the easiest course in the world would have proved difficult.
No complaints with the course. No complaints with the weather. I basically played like a total and utter cock.
The best two balls I hit all day was when I trod on a rake.

Smiffy probably better to get a bad round out of the way before the Trilby Tour. The nerves on the first tee are something else though, I thought I was going to be sick while waiting to tee it up as I was first off in my group with plenty of on lookers. You will really enjoy the day even if the golf is not that great.

The Trilby tour, is that the one shown all round the world on Sky Sports!?

They do love throwing their weight around...
