Not bought a trolley but did buy some Torberry connectors for my existing trolley from their Exeter branch off ebay.
Great service. Had a problem with the connectors resulting in my ham fistedness knackering a couple of the connectors. E mailed them the other day and they are sending me some replacements out FOC. Can't say fairer than that. Will definitely use them again. How's that for a recommendation?

As far as I know, they're based in Berkshire with only one site. Are you sure it's the same company?

For what it's worth, I've just had a look on the website mate. Looks a pretty good set up to me. Well worth a punt. Don't forget, with many of the trolleys you don't get a battery. (added expense)

I've spoken to them by phone and have no specific concerns over them. Just that I usually google a company I've not used before and I can turn up a review or a forum thread somewhere that has some real customer feedback. As that wasn't the case with these, I thought I'd ask.
