Anybody used budgetgolfer on ebay?

I'm thinking of buying Wilson Staff Ci11 irons 4-PW(7 clubs) for £329 from golfgeardirect, but had a look on eBay and can get a set of 5-PW plus #3 and #4 hybrids(8 clubs) for roughly £310 delivered from budgetgolfer in the USA.

Its obviously a better deal, £19 cheaper with one extra club.

Has anyone used them before? They have over 150,000 feedback on eBay, but I'm worried as I've never bought anything from USA.

It's the import duty that'll hurt you mate. I'd factor that into the price

Dont bother cost of getting them here will outway what your saving. Contact the UK seller see if they will do you a deal

Yeah I've factored that in, its $96 according to eBay.

The clubs are $299, P&P to UK is $79 and import charges are $96.

So $474 total, which works out about £310.

I know, this is what I was thinking.

It's just cos I can't resist a better deal.

The hybrids are £60 a club to buy on their own, so I'd be getting one free.

Decisions, decisions.

Ring about, it's not worth the hassle. If a uk store messes about you can at least drive and knock on the door!

i have bought from the US without any hassles but the import duty has made any decent savings minimal, i'd stick with the uk seller personally a bit dearer but far more peace of mind and youll get your new shineys sooner.
