Group of lads I went to Turkey with in May have already booked up for next year (a week from May 21st). All inclusive (at one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at) and 5 rounds of golf on some superb golf courses. We have 22 confirmed so far, looking for 2 more to make up a nice friendly group of 24.
Not cheap (will be just over a grand including flights) but as I say, it's all inclusive and sunshine guaranteed. If anyone wants any more details please PM me.

I can vouch for this offer.
I've heard nothing but great reviews about the courses, the food and the hotels.
If you are thinking about it, go for it.....you won't be disappointed

Hi Smiffy, booked up with the famiy again for Belek next year, loved it so much last year. Played the Monty and the Gloria New. Looking at the PGE Sultan, Sueno Pines, Gloria Old and Gloria 9-holer for next trip. You guys played thes or have any other recommendations ?

We are returning to The Voyage.... recommended to all. Best holiday ever. Pool & games for little 'un, luxury spa for HID, top drawer golf for me. Everyone's a winner!

We are booked 19-30th...may see u there squire

PGA Sultan is a cracker. Didn't play the other ones you mentioned but if I may make one recommendation is it Carya. Absolutely superb course, my favourite of the 5 we played. Not quite as tight as some of the others but plenty of difficulties along the way. It was the first one on our itinerary for next year.

Looks a belter Smiffy. Thats just made the cut. What else you played/planning to play.

I'd recommend the Gloria complex (2 x 18-holes & 9-hole plse range) The new course has a Sawgrass replica for its 17th. The Monty is good ( although not as tight as Gloria)and lovely clubhouse although I am biased as it was my hotel's course I was driven there and back on a cart (top service)

I made a mistake. We DID play the Monty, on the first day. Wasn't my favourite although I didn't play too bad. I didn't like all the waste bunker areas. Seemed a cheap way to design the course, saving a bit of money on green stuff. If you went in it off the tee it was almost impossible to make decent progress down the hole. But the other lads all enjoyed it and we are going back again next year. I will look up the itinerary when I get home and post up.
The other lads who have been before have played Gloria before but didn't rate it as highly as the ones we played this year.

Just mentioned to HID that Smiffy was looking for a couple of Forumers to join in with a trip to Turkey next year.

The hard stare and stony silence said it all

if only I had a spare grand :)

(oh and someone to have the kids for a week)

Even if you had the money and someone to take the kids, didn't your doctor warn you about getting into bad company?

If you can sort things out, there is a more select group going in April that may have a vacancy.
