Yes, me for 1, there afew of us on here, though I have not been round for awhile.
My club has around 60 lady members and is a very busy and pro active section within our club. Yesterday we had our Captain's drive in and about 20 ladys turned out and played in support.
Hope everyone is well, has had a good summer of golf and geared up for the winter season ahead.
There are a few. Barb of course who turned up and won a prize at the 1st GM meet held at Ascot (she is a bit of a handful of her handicap) and Jan (long suffering partner of Bob) and AliB. As for our club we have a smallish (about 100 although probably half of that are fully active) ladies section. To be fair they are normally pretty good on the course for letting others through and they do a great job behind the scenes organising social events etc.
They aren't. We've got some pretty good standard players too. The point I was trying to make is that without the loyal support of our lady members a lot of our social events wouldn't be as good as they are and that their level of etiquette on letting quicker players through should be held up as an example to many of the men in the club
Come on Homer. Far too often you have made your views about being stuck behind ladies and seniors and them rarely letting you through for that one to wash
