I'm currently training for the GNR and found out yesterday my in ears were knacked so I'm after a pair to use for both running and cycling.
Not wanting to spend a great deal as I already have a nice pair of Shure earphones from my drumming days but I can't find the bleeders
Just after something which ain't going to keep slipping off/out of my ears and has decent sound on a budget.

Any ideas as there's lots to choose from nowadays?
Current top of the list after a brief search is Yurbuds Ironman or summink like that

I've got Iron an Yurbuds and I'd highly recommend them. Just be careful the plastic bit that goes into your ear doesn't get lost though as it can come off if in your pocket.

Not wanting to come over all health and safety...BUT...it really is dangerous if you're running or cycling on any roads to have earphones in. If I run off road then maybe but never on a bike as you can't afford to shut off an important sense imo.

soundmagic e10s with comply t400 foam tips. Will set you back about 45 quid for both.
you wont be dissapointed.

Rest assured, I won't be going anywhere near main roads.
