Seems like my jumper has stopped working so looking for a wind top, any suggestions? I found an ashworth one but it was too small, need a 44" chest minimum.

I have several. Ping,Ashworth,Stubert and Oscar Jacobson. To be honest there is little to choose between them. They all do their job. If I were you I'd just get what you fancy at the price you like, it'll be fine.

I have a Stubart one for the £25 it's cracking value, does the job nicely.
As already stated there isn't much too chose between them really choose colour and style you fancy

I use an under armour soft cell style wind stopper that's fleace lined, it's awesome!

+1 ^^^^^^ Yes I can vouch for that, best money spent, keeps you well toasty. IT has two pockets o the front as well great for keeping your hands warm while you stand around, in the right place of course, waiting or others to Tee off.

Does anyone have a link to one of these as looking for similar for my brother's birthday

I've got loads of these sort of things but my favourite is one of the lined woollen jumpers. It's really warm, keeps the wind out and easy to swing in. Several different makes on the market, have a google search

edit...just found this one

Welcome to the world of 'old men'!

Bet yours has got some sort of picture on the front too - mine has! Cat has adopted it though, so OOB to me!

I find these just a bit bulky, though that Woodworm looks pretty good.

Got a couple of the older GG Windstoppers - cheap in end-of-Year sales years ago - and they work really well. My muchly (ab)used nearly 10 year old Cross stretch FTX waterproof (no longer as seams have parted) works well too.
