Are any of you avid gamers as well as golfers?

Do you like to kick back controller in hand after a testing 18 holes?

I am a super excited 5 year old at the moment waiting on news of the next Fallout game......

Sorry if none of you are, but thought I would ask.....

Just watched the reveal video but it's not my type of game so didn't find it particularly exciting. Sorry. :)

Fair enough. No need for an apology. It is a "niche" market. I have spent over 140 hours on fallout 3, 150 hours fallout new vegas & so far about 180 hours on skyrim.

I like Tiger woods golf, PES, Call of Duty too. So I am not only into this open world free roam format, but not having a wide friend base (with xbox) I am happy to sit & play on my own when HID is watching BGT, Xfactor, soaps etc.

I'm looking forward to it, but I can see that it's not for everyone.

I like open world games a lot but I just can't get into Fallout. I do see the appeal it has to others but it's not a game I want to spend much time in. I have a similar issue with Assassin's Creed and such like. I do admire them technically but I just find them too slow to play.

Ah ok. I don't get on with AC either. It was all too samey. And yeah I can see Fallout being slow....I almost binned fallout 3 after the first 3 hours as I hadn't got far or done a lot....then before I knew it, a few encounters with some raiders & supermutants I realised it was 5 hours later!!!
