Any kitchen fitters on here?

I'd say you can't.

The microwaves for housing units have a built in coverplate round the front of them to 'dress' the unit they are sitting in. It would just look like it was sitting on a shelf if you were to use the one in the pic imo.

I'm getting a trim kit for the microwave. The double oven drops down and m/o goes above it

What I don't know is what configuration of door or drawer sizes do I need afterwards?

Look in at that photo, you want to put just a microwave into a tall unit? not in the same housing as the oven.?

If so apart from the trim kit you will ideally need another fixed shelf.

The door configuration will depend on the size of the microwave and trim kit. Do you have the measurements?

Just had a good look at the photo and understand better. Normally if you have a microwave in the same housing as an oven a single oven is used not the double oven/oven and grill shown in the photo.

The microwave will have to be above or below and will not be very accessible

Thanks I've seen that too, but some housings I've seen can take double ovens. The oven drops down to approximately half the door below. Therefore the microwave is not as high. Intact there will still be a cupboard above albeit a smaller one.

What I dont know for sure is dimensions. Possibly a 283mm cupboard above with top hinges. And maybe a 355mm ( i think is one of the standard sizes) pan drawer below but this doesn't fit exactly.
