Not sure how many might still play this game but I've made an attempt to create my local course so you can give it a shot if you fancy.
Still needs some work to add in some life to the course. Have been working on it since the game released but stopped because the editor was really poor at launch. Managed to finish of the back nine this evening. The editor doesn't make it easy to create real life courses. Some of the greens are off in scale as are some of the elevations but I think I've managed to capture the jist of it.
Feedback appreciated but I will say that anyone half decent at this game will have no bother blowing par out of the water. It doesn't exactly create a challenge when you have a constant 265 yard carry drive.
Anyway enough rambling.
Search for Omagh and it should appear as Omagh Test on every format even though I created it on Xbox thanks to the course sharing ability.
