That's quite interesting.
Ours have just been spiked and dress.
For some reason the sand used is very course and takes weeks to disappear.
For the next few weeks our course due to leaves and the greens is pretty crap.

D'oh I was expecting answers to questions like "why didn't I do that first time?/Why can't I hit my provisional first?" "Why if a tree is 90% water do I hear a thud not a splash?"
Wasn't expecting answers to serious questions!

Agreed its great they share that kind of information! i struggle to keep my lawn alive all year, let alone a golf course! My gaff has a great greenskeeper who regularly updates everyone like this: http://www.newburygolf.co.uk/sites/default/files/nc_2013_course_strategic_review.pdf

"should" stop people moaning about sandy greens etc, probably doesnt though!!
