Played in the weekly medal , out in 39 back in 42 , 81 net67 , never been that close to breaking 80 off whites

The 12th will haunt me for a while stuffed my 2nd into a brook

So how do I move on from this and make that bit of difference to break 80 off whites

Take 2 fewer shots...?

Presumably you hit a few loose shots here and there, or missed a couple of putts that you should have made? If it was technical issues that got in your way, then practise the shots you struggle with. If it wasn't technical (and wasn't just rank bad luck), then it must have been mental. I found the way to score lower was thinking about my shots more but thinking about my score less.

Basically, just screw the nut a bit better the next time.

It's on it's way. As said don't think of score and try not to protect what u have, I feel that's where I can go wrong sonetimes

I would rather play great and score crap than play crap and score well. I hate skanking the ball round the course (although I should be used to it by now!!!!)

If you played great then don't worry about your score... just get out there and play great again!
