Oh dear Sergio, another one who plays golf day in day out. But still cant understand you have to put the ball back from exactly from the direction you marked with a coin.

No excuses for these guys not to know MOST of the rules. Especially one so clear.

It's not as if he picked it up and walked away, he put it straight back down. How hard is it to remember where you just lifted a ball from 2 seconds before

He will but penalised for something that gained him zero advantage - madness! And before I get flamed it's madness on his part - not the rules.

Now just to pour a little petrol on this, if this hadn't been noticed until after he had signed his card, would he have been DQ'd

Exactly what I was thinking, thought I would leave it to the veteran forumers to add that fuel!

I think literally because it was such a minor offence, perhaps a caution is all that is necessary, I dont know the ins and outs, but wasnt Saltman doing something similar?

Again i dont know, but wasnt that to do with the way he was replacing the ball.

In relation to the woods incident the ball has been moved into a position which improves the next shot, a closer putt is a easier one. In Tigers situation he moved it back to improve his next shot. Both incidents are making the next shot easier.

Lets see how many call for Garcia's head...

I do, rules are rules

He needs to be DQ'd and made an example of. He is disgracing the integrity and honesty of the great game. Golf does not need this. ;)

He's a cheat a liar and should be hung, who does he think he is? And why do the guys at Qual Hollow believe they are bigger than the rules of golf?
DISCRACE!!!

Fair enough, can we leave it there now :D Davey, not sure on the extent of your gym use but will you be at body power expo?

Been hitting it hard again the past few months after a few lazy months. Was thinking about BE but my training partner wasn't interested. I know a lad who will be there on the Grenade team. Take training quite serious but its a abit of a kick in the peanuts when you see the wonders steroids can achieve but I'm not prepared to risk my health over it.

I am defiantly off to bed now, shoulders in the morning and I'm mashed from Bi's and Tri's today... I went to the range after shoulders last Saturday and my god it affects your swing. Ill wait till Sunday this week LOL
