After last weeks cut to single figures for the first time, I played in the monthly medal on saturday with the hope of keeping my run of good form going and at worst making the buffer zone, well I started pretty steady with 6 straight pars, then after a nasty pull on the 7th ended up having to take a drop out of a ditch and walked off with a 6 
, anyways birdied the 8th after a wedge to 2 foot and bogied the 9th after a silly approach shot into a bunker, so +2 for the front 9.
Onto the back 9 started par, bogie (after a 3 putt), par, bogie so not a good start and then it all changed, with a run in of birdie, par, birdie, birdie, par for a back 9 of -1, 71 overall and a nett 62 which won all the days comps and earned me a cut to 7.3
so after reviewing my target to 7 I am going to have to review it again, maybe 5 
, just cant wait to get out and play again now.
