Another Example of Great Customer Service

Just ordered a set of waterproofs (Proquip Silk Touch) from Clubhouse Direct for £109 for the set. They came today and although the trousers have belt loops they didn't have a belt and were a tad loose. I contacted Clubhouse Direct who told me the suit don't come with belts (why put loops on?)

I e-mailed Proquip and they confirmed that what the retailer said. However they are going to send me one in the post so it is good to see another big name doing something for the guy in the street. Well done Proquip

That said I'm not sure if it is just Clubhouse Direct flogging a load of end of line or last year models and so they don't have the belts but I'm pretty sure every Proquip suit I have seen at other retialers have them on. I know my old set does. May be worth bearing in mind if you are thinking of investing in new waterproofs to check that the belt does come with it

Great to hear about good customer service.

Any example of good or poor customer service from golf suppliers or manufacturers should be highlighted.
