Annual Scotland Trip is imminent

All set for our annual Scotland golfing jaunt next Wednesday.

21 of us this year with several new faces, hopefully the weather will be nice.

Playing Lanark on our way up, staying in Edinburgh for the 4 nights, then playing Longniddry, Gullane #2, White Kirk and swinging by West Linton on our way home.

Anyone played them before, any advise?

West Linton is a cracking course.

All piccies will be going up on FB. Once I get round to doing the vids, they go up on youtube. TBH, we could leave the Hacker Of The Week trophy with Mark as a permanent fixture on his mantle piece....

West Linton is the only one that none of us have played, so it's our "mystery course" this year.

Longniddry is a cracker of a wee gem. Gullane #2 is also a great course. A wise selection IMO.

Never played West Linton or Lanark but heard good things about both.

Longniddry is a cracking wee course with a great mix of holes and really good par 3's. Gullane 2 is one of my favourite courses to play, if 16th is playing into the wind it will just about finish you off!!!

Only played Whitekirk the once and can't remember too much about it tbh.

Nice selection there I'm sure it will be a great trip. I'd have chosen The Glen, instead of Whitekirk, but maybe that's just me.

White kick has couple holes your just like wtf!!!
You won't be disappointed with west Linton I love the course played it a few times and the last two holes :/ hardest finish I think

Lanark and Gullane #2 are the pick of the bunch with Longniddry and West Linton also very good. Not so sure about Whitekirk, better options about, I think, but I only played it once years ago.

Longniddry is a cracking course you will enjoy that.
As said above i woukd have swapped whitekirk for the glen.

Played whitekirk last year. First hole is very interesting to say the least lol. Never really enjoyed the front 9 and then a short walk down a path and the course transforms. Love the back 9
