Been waiting a week to have my 5 wood reshafted

He says I "should" have it before the 9th August

All this after him taking 4 weeks to get some red grips in for me then a further week and a half to fit them

Want be using him again, really annoying because I want to support him but weeks waiting for a re shaft is a laugh surely it's a half hour job (plus the curing time obviously)

Not acceptable in my book. I wouldn't use my pro if he offered a service like that. Grips should be a quick and easy job and most assistant pros are shown how to do it early on as part of their training so the pro could have got him to do it
