Played Lough Erne today with a society for the bargain price of £30. Must say it is a beautiful course. A lot of comparison seems to be made with concra wood and if price isnt considered (rarely get it that cheap) id say lough erne would be my prefered course. Greens were surprisingly slow but with the wind it probably wasnt a bad thing. Weather was all seasons. Hail, sleet sun and rain all driven by a two club wind. Managed to return a respectable 36 with 2 blobs on the long par fives which played into the wind. This made me club house leader with only 2 groups left. Best returned by them was a 34. So hopefully should mean another society win and a cut in my society handicap to 18! Nice start to my season so far. 2 society wins and a 2nd place in a club comp. No idea how though.

Well played, again, Bob

Great price for Lough Erne too, I have heard nothing but good things about the place.

One question though........where were you supposed to be :mmm:

Idiot!!

Jeez you done well played tonight in the mixed gruesomes ;) and to say it was a struggle would be an understatement. Well played and keep it going but no too much might still be looking for your 123 shots  ;)

It was £40 but I get £10 back because I'm also in the social club at work which part funds the society. Didn't get lost once either.
