American stableford/Split 6s/Chairman

3 ball game, 6 points up for grabs on each hole, scored as 4/2/0, 3/3/0, 4/1/1 etc. All logical but what happens on a hole where only one player finishes the hole. Do you still allocate 4/1/1 or do you allocate 6/0/0 as you shouldnt be able to score a point if dont finish a hole?

Experienced both ways.

Best to confirm which style before you start.

My personal preference is 4-1-1 as it 'encourages' aggressive play.

Net Albatross 8
Net Eagle 5
Net Birdie 2
Net Par 0
Net Bogey -1
Net Double Bogey or worse -3
