Just looking some advice folks,
I bought my irons, Taylormade PSI tours in Oct last year, the ferrules are starting to loosen, and on the 5 iron in particular, the black insert slot on the face, seems to be coming out, I contacted the store, they told me the clubs are under warranty, but they have to send them back to TM for them to check, they cant give me a set to use in the mean time so I would be without irons for a couple weeks whilst this gets looked at.
Does this seem right, or is there anything else I can do?

Having a similar situation myself with AG.

I purchased a pair of Adidas Powerband shoes about a month ago and the inside heel has a hole in it already. Contacted AG to see what the process was for returns. They said as it was outside the 30 day return window it would have to be sent off to be examined by the supplier. They said this would take up to 28 days. Was a bit shocked by this as any time i've purchased something before and they have been faulty or had an issue, I've been able to return the product to store for a refund/exchange. I have also been reading up on the issue and it seems a very common issue with Adidas shoes.

Not sure if this is a TM/Adidas policy or an AG policy but I have contacted Adidas directly to see what they advise.

Hi I occasionally dip in here and represent ag
If you drop me a private message with the details I will look into this for you as what you have described would not be satisfactory from an ag side of things.
We should always offer an alternative set to use whilst a customers clubs were undergoing a repair or inspection
