took the dog out for a walk plus missus plus three balls and a pitching wedge ! got the missus to pace out 80yds and i used her as a target(she is very trusting) dropped my first three shots about 10 feet in front of her all within 18 inches of each other!!! i punched the air in celebration she thinks i can do that all the time..... it was pure jam ....one thing for sure this golf thing is under my skin.

Well done thats exactly what you need to do . Make sure you hit her on the ankle! Practice it more!

keep it up, my enthusiasm wained a little when I gave it up around 7 years ago, since getting back intoo club golfing in jan 06 ive regained it and then some. It pished down last night and I was still up and on the tee this morning for the 12 hole comp and shot 26 points (+3 gross) using the mizuno driver which I am demoing for GM, favourable writeup is on the cards if my performance on the tee keeps up!

One tip - try getting your wife to play too - then she'll realise it's not as easy as it looks!

I used my brother as a target recently, the cunning plan was to hit him with the balls, he then threw them back to me only to be fired at him again!

That is good shotting by the way mate. I always aim to get within 10ft from 100 yards out and 5ft anything inside that when practising.

Try getting your wife to play, if she is like mine you have no chance!
