A team in a AM-AM competition had a competitive score but on checking the card 1 player from the team had not entered his handicap. Are the team disqualified or should the players scores be taken off a scratch handicap? MMM!!

I'd say DQ but I'm not an expert.
You can't assume scratch as they could be an amateur with a + hcp

the scratch handicap is a red herring!
DQ applies to the player, but I can't see any basis for DQ to the Team - analogy to 33/8. The problem is that the rules don't really cover such formats and only make the odd reference to them (as in this decision)

Rule 31-7 provides for disqualification in these circumstances of the team in a four ball better ball competition.
