Aldila red hybrid shaft

Thinking of purchasing the Adams Pro hybrid which has the above shaft in. How stiff is the stiff shaft compared to other brands?

Stiff but not mega heavy.

I have the exact same Hybrid and i tell you what it FLYS.

It was that long that it actually forced me to try a new driver with the Green version and again, it FLYS

I've generally found that, unless wildly out, hybrids are not all that sensitive to shafts.

That said, I doubt whether I'd put my spare 904Hb into the DHy I have waiting for a reshaft - though it goes great in a Rescue Mid!

Aldila Red is a pretty 'standard' hybrid style - softish tip, so relatively high launching; slightly higher than White Tie, with more feel. I'd certainly have no qualms about using it.

Just had a look at them charts that are in the titleist custom option book and can't see it on there.I wouldn't hesitate tbh for the price the Adams stuff is, at worst losing out on postage. My mate has a 20 degree pro with it in and does well with it (driver SS of about 110 and aggressive change at the top).

not 100% sure, but i think it has a softer tip than the tour green so might go a bit higher.

Just realised that I have an X flex one in the Adams Pro that's in the 'spares' section!

Works well and doesn't feel too stiff!
