Aldi Golf Promotion

A couple of years ago I bought a new boxed pair of Crane shoes at a car boot.
They were very comfortable, light and waterproof. I imagined they were probably an expensive American make.
Got quite a surprise when I found out they were Lidl [or Aldi] brands.

I remember that from another thread. They did look and feel good when I had a fumble this morning.

well said , once they have killed off the club pro things wont be so cheap , common guys the big boys are getting bigger , where is the personal touch
This is just another knife into the hearts of small independent retail businesses as what are effectively grocery supermarket chains now getting involved in other market sectors.

Soon, everything will be in supermarkets, on retail parks or ordered on-line and the independent small businesses that can offer help and advise over and above the products they sell, will become dinosaurs.

Support your club pro shop or golf specialist retail store (corporate or independent) and keep our sport out of supermarkets!
