Eleven year old qualifies to play in women's US Open. I'm not sure what I think about that tbh. A part of me says good on her, yet I can't help think she shouldn't have the pressure (that will undoubtedly be heaped on her) whilst so young.

I think in the ladies game she is well protected in their bubble

If it was the mens game though the media would explode and not sure if it would have been a good thing

Wow, Imagine being her parents! I reckon there is a lot of worry going on in that household at the moment.

Personally think it is too much pressure for an 11 year old.

I'm not comfortable with an 11 yr old playing in an adult competition. Not sure why - just not.
