AG and Ping

Ordered a set of Ping Glide wedges before Xmas (trading in some old Clevelands) and I've still not got them.

I'm now wondering if Ping are doing a 'Titleist' with AG ?

Anyone else had Ping clubs from AG on a trade in recently ?
 
How long did they state they would take and if it was just prior to Xmas they (Ping) may not have had the order until they returned in the New Year!
 
A bit unrelated but I have sent my G30 driver in to get fixed with Ping via American golf. Was meant to take 10 days maximum but they have none in stock to replace it with so will be about 3/4 weeks until I get it back.

Don't think so.

A lad in our roll up ordered from them inbetween xmas and new year and has already received them.

In fact he has already been to Gainsborough with them for a proper fitting since AG didn't fit him properly.

I've phoned every week this year, it was def the original glides I ordered.

AG didn't have stock so they were being made up at Ping, so thats where the delay is (allegedly)
 
I emailed Ping about my drivers being fixed as both of them broke at the same time. The G30 SF tec has been sent today and the G30 LS tec, which they didn't have in stock until 2nd feb, they have sent the upgraded G ls tec instead. Should have both back by the end of the week. I'd get in contact with head office and see what is happening. I emailed them on Saturday and got the response this morning. Delighted.

Only paid £130 for the G30 ls tec at start of Jan and then it broke almost instantly and have now ended up with a brand new G
 
Got 3 Glide wedges on order 50, 54, 58 been told should arrive on Thursday with the i blades I have ordered only cost £22 each with the trade in :)

I order some glide wedges on 6 th January still not got them.

Traded 3 Mac daddy's £45 each so £74 for three new wedges.

Called AG and they told me they would check with Ping and call me back but haven't.

Thats not good customer service may give them to the end of the week before I ask for refund don't want to but this does not look good to me.

Well that is what I meant, as long as it is resolved. They resolved my issue by upgrading my driver as the old one wasn't in stock. I would have happily taken my old model back all fixed but was not happy waiting a month for it. If they cant fix the issue they need to do something about it.

The problem will be resolved - just will take a bit of time. Huds has it spot on - people now don't look to complain to get things sorted - they are looking to see what else they can get out of it. It's all part of the "something for nothing" society we live in now
