After injury advice please

After a drunken I think I can breakdance at 34 years old idea I dislocated two metacarpals and broke one in my right hand (little finger and one next to it ) I had it pinned and after a week they both popped back out so op number 2 and a longer pin I am still suffering with severe pain when clenching my fist and other normal movement how would you go about strapping it to play golf

Do you play for Arsenal/Liverpool/Wrexham, it might be something to do with the wrong type of training or not enough alcohol.

As above - don't be in to big a rush to get back to golf to early.

Little and next finger on right hand, sounds like a punch to me

It wasn't a punch it was a spin round like a spinning top an hit side of hand into a door frame in my own kitchen

Get yourself with a decent physio, snapped my wedding ring finger in 2013 and damaged the tendons - 18 weeks total recovery, including 2 weeks at flint lodge physio to recover properly.
