hi chaps i wrote on here a while ago saying i was new but getting really into it. still been playing lots and lots of golf. my handicap 28 and have played all this week and hit two 93s and two 87s it just seems to have finally fallen in place after lots of practice and lessons. im playing in a medal sunday and a bit worried people will be annoyed if i shoot that much under handicap and also how much they likely to drop handicap if i do hit that?
Thanks for a great forum!!!

We had a guy in one of our competitions, a 36 hole medal event shoot a nett 56 in the first round (79 off 23). He virtually just had to get it round to win. He shot 100 in the second round and was still four shots clear at the end. Ignore other people and focus on shooting the best you can

cheers for that your right il just go out there and play. has anyone else found that it suddenly just clicks?

Its great when you play rounds and everything just seems to fall into place.

Doesnt happen very often though :( :(

has anyone else found that it suddenly just clicks?

Yes, about four or five times a year - and then the next day it "unclicks".

Just enjoy it while you're playing well.
